Following extensive risk assessments throughout the business to allow a safe and phased return to work, in line with HSE and government guidance, in conjunction with ongoing dialogue with our customers in recent weeks, we will begin a phased and controlled reopening of our operations to support our customers from Monday 4th May 2020.
From this date, a small team of Customer Services personnel will be available to discuss order requirements. Reduced Manufacturing and Finishing Plant teams will commence limited production from Monday 11th May 2020
It is important to note that from this date, we will be operating with a limited workforce in place to support the initial needs of the business. This will be closely monitored on a week-by-week basis and scaled-up as business levels dictate. There may be some disruption to normal delivery schedules in the short term until we are able to get back to normal trading volumes. However, we will do as much as we can to support our customer’s during this interim stage.
The health, safety and welfare of our employees, customers and suppliers remains paramount and extensive measures are being adopted to ensure that necessary hygiene and social distance precautions are observed at all times. We remain committed to playing our part in helping the national effort to control the effects of Coronavirus on the wider population and particularly to reduce the risk to the NHS.

The 78-house new build development is situated in the rural Derbyshire suburb of Bolsover. It is a mixture of two, three and four bed detached houses and bungalows all of which are finished to a very high specification and that includes the windows. White casement windows that meet Document Q compliance and achieve a window energy rating of 1.2 W/m²K are required for all properties in the development but without compromising on the window aesthetics. Titan Trade Windows were more than confident that the Spectus Elite 70 windows would deliver what was required and having worked with Woodall Homes for over ten years, Titan’s expertise and high level of service were perfect for this latest development. Ben said: “As soon as the apertures are ready, our survey team visit the site on a plot by plot basis and ensure we get the installers to site as soon as the scaffolding is removed. All plots are quoted and manufactured at plan-stage and our longstanding relationship with Woodall Homes allows the two parties to communicate regularly ensuring the multiple plot site runs seamlessly throughout the call-off process.”
